**Job Description**:

- Ensure that organization-wide talent management and PM initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Provide development support and succession management guidance to Group Executive Management
- Supervise and perform a wide range of HR activities, provide services, programs, performance management, employee administration, training & development, etc. across Admin Area, in line with all applicable HR policies, processes and procedures in a timely and compliant manner to ensure the effective execution of the HR strategy.
- Training and Career Development Programs
- Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion.
- Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance, and performance evaluation instruments.
- Oversee leadership development programs for all brands.
- Supports new leadership and hourly training programs launched to fill our system-wide performance effectiveness gap.
- Manages the development of detailed curricula for technical, professional and leadership training, linked to the company vision.
- Direct the monitoring, assessment, and reporting of the performance of all corporate
- level training & development initiatives, by interpreting key performance indicators, to ensure visibility on their return on investment and adjust efforts accordingly.
- Establish regular report about progress against KPI for Admin Area.
- Keeping Employee KPIs are aligned with the overall strategy of the business and ensures what the employee is doing is well aligned with the KPIs of the business

Selection Criteria: At least Nine years of HR (Talent Management) experience required in Global & International Companies. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software. Project Management Skills: Manage, lead and participate in the development, deployment, and execution of a workforce development strategy. Strong analytical skills to interrogate data, diagnose issues, and arrives at well
- reasoned conclusions. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Self-development capabilities and eagerness to learn and adapt quickly. Ability to prioritize, organizes, and assess workload in order to meet deadlines. Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors; Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, and organization skills Self-starter who excels in ambiguous situations and enjoys shaping strategy & processes. Must have well-developed facilitation and presentation skills to all levels of an organization. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required.
