**Title**: Operations Intern

**Reports to**: Events Manager and Regional Events Director

**Office**:Riyadh, KSA

**KEY ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Over 18 years of age and eligible to work
- Degree in events management or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation and organizational skill
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Problem-Solving Skill
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Previous experience in Events is an advantage
- Valid KSA Residence Visa

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Support in the development and delivery of small to large scale events
- Assisting in handling events - to plan, secure, coordinate, organize and arrange all facets of events from initial brief to final activation
- Support in developing ways to reduce event costs and gain new revenue streams at events
- Assist the team to market and present events deck to prospects and clients to generate interest and new business opportunities
- Support in the development of detailed proposals for events with timelines, presentations, venues, suppliers, and documentations
- Assist with the post-event wrap up process as needed

**Contract length: 3 months**

**Salary: From﷼1,500.00 per month
