**Responsibilities**:

- Reports directly to the medical center CEO/Medical Director
- Overseeing nursing operations
- Responsible to complete administrative tasks such as organizing or attending meetings, developing training and personnel procedures
- Responsible to develop policies and procedures together with the Quality Manager
- Plan with the HR/Admin. team for staff recruitment and manpower for the center and its related projects

**Qualifications**:

- With active SCFHS-RN License
- Preferred: With experience in Supervisory position (e.g., Head Nurse, Admin., Nurse Supervisor) or has a background in Secretarial work before
- Can multitask, manage, prepare reports, and arrange meetings as tasked.
- Computer literate (highly-skilled in using Microsoft office tools)

Pay: ﷼4,300.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
