**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance with design and safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for all mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Supervise on-site mechanical installations to ensure adherence to approved plans and timelines.
- Participate in technical meetings and resolve MEP-related issues with stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of mechanical material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and report to the MEP Manager or Project Engineer.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures of mechanical systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in MEP roles within the construction industry, preferably in the GCC.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, etc.).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other MEP design and coordination tools; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
