Lead development and analysis of highly specialized online Integration services both financial and none financial across the enterprise. Managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely and efficient manner
- Align with business/IT sponsors for delivery timeline, and budget.
- Align the deliverables to the program/project outcomes.
- Direct and manage project team to achieve defined outcomes.
- Ensure service design, performance and reusability
- Capture business/IT needs’ changes and participate in steering the program for the new deliveries by following existing processes, such as change management and steerco directions.
- Participate in technology evaluating and selection process.
- Attend business and IT adhoc needs within existing capabilities.
- Work with vendors supporting projects’ delivery.
- Advisor to the integration senior developers as well as helping to solve technical integration challenges.
- Operate with a fair degree of independence, dealing with professional staff and managers.
- Manage and utilizing resources across projects.
- Plan the overall program/project and monitor the progress.
- Manage the program/project budget.
- Manage risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or higher educational level in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent degree.
- 7+ years of complex project/program management.
- Proven knowledge and handling of program/project management and related principles and techniques.
- Strong leadership and management skill.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly interfacing with professionals; highly collaborative.
- Ability to influence and drive team members to make decisions.
- Ability to work positively with wide range of individuals involved in the program/project.
- Good knowledge on budgeting and resource allocation process.
- PMP, PgMP, Scrum, PRINCE2 are pluses.
- Experience in project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Experience with different technologies which drives decisions on technical solutions.
- Familiar with different IT functions such as infrastructure, databases, network, security, storage, extracting tools, disaster recovery, load balancing, cloudetc.
- Ability to lead understanding business requirements and to support on building IT design and analysis documents.
- IT system design and documentation experience is desired
- Business process transformation experience is desired
- Good experience in Middleware software, SOA and micro-services.
