We are committed to excellence, innovation, and growth, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's objectives and goals
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization
- Design and deliver effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs for their teams
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Manage and coordinate the training budget and resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Create and implement onboarding programs for new hires
- Mentor and coach junior trainers and oversee their development
- Prepare training reports and present to senior management as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
- Food & Beverage Industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role
- Strong understanding of training principles, methodologies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
- Experience in conducting training needs assessments
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
