We are an Interntional General Contracting organization with high Presence in GCC and seeking Experienced **Structural BIM Engineer** who is hands
- on Structural BIM Software.

The Structural BIM Engineer is responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for structural engineering projects.

This role involves creating and coordinating detailed 3D models, ensuring the accuracy of design documentation, and collaborating with project teams to enhance the design and construction process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and update 3D structural BIM models using industry-standard software such as Revit.
- Ensure all models are created in accordance with company standards and project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure coordination and integration of structural elements within the overall project model.
- Participate in clash detection and resolution processes, ensuring all structural components are accurately represented and coordinated.
- Generate detailed design drawings, plans, sections, and schedules from BIM models.
- Ensure all design documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with relevant codes and standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during the design and construction phases.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models and design documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Implement and adhere to BIM standards and best practices.
- Stay up to date with advancements in BIM technology and software.

**Qualifications and Skills Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or Structural Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in structural engineering with hands on BIM processes.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent 3D modeling and visualization skills.
- Ability to read and interpret Structural and engineering drawings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
