Join JASARA PMC as a Controls and Reporting Analyst where you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within budget. In this position, you will work closely with project teams to develop effective reporting frameworks and control measures that enhance project performance. You will analyze data, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide insights that facilitate strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Your contributions will not only support individual projects but also align with our mission to drive infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia through excellence and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement project controls and reporting strategies, processes, and procedures.
- Generate project reports and distributes to project stakeholders.
- Responsible for delivering the project reports, including developing various report formats, dashboards, presentations, and others, as required by the project team.
- coordinate a team of project controls professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, performance, and financials.
- Develop and maintain project controls dashboards and reports.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and update project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Facilitate project risk assessment and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide leadership and expertise in project controls to ensure adherence to project deliverables and quality standards.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
**Experience**:
Minimum 4 years in portfolio and program controls and reporting in construction.
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
