In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all payroll functions, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with payroll regulations. You will play a crucial role in managing payroll operations and leading a team to ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the complete payroll process, including the collection, entry, and processing of payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
- Prepare payroll reports and analyses for management review.
- Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure alignment of payroll data and financial records.
- Lead, mentor, and develop payroll team members for professional growth.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and tax regulations.
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience with payroll audits and compliance procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and execute tasks with a high level of professionalism.
