**Job in brief**

Are you an experienced, enthusiastic, highly challenging **QA/QC Inspector**having experience in quality check of delamination, missing patterns, defects, particles, then you are the one we are looking for? **Key Responsibilities**
- Inspect modules for broken, cracked, bent, misaligned or torn external surfaces and other quality issues associated with process (delamination, missing patterns, defects, particles)
- Responsible for ensuring contract compliance is provided for contractors performing construction on the Owner’s electric transmission system
- The scope of work will vary from modifications on existing substations, construction of new substations, and generation & customer facilities
- Able to inspect all aspects in the construction of a substation
- Monitor electrical construction installations are completed in accordance with project documents and specifications
- Monitor and prepare complete and accurate daily inspection reports with photographs
- Review discrepancies with appropriate parties
- Observe that basic safety measures are in place
- Validate any contractor billable metrics
- Performs Start-up and in-process tests on production parts

**Required Skills**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Equivalent is preferred or Diploma in Engineering discipline.
- Ability to formulate and execute (manage and do) the QA/QC scope of work for large multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to formulate the AIA scope of work for pressure vessels and piping for large multidisciplinary projects.
- Manage and / or execute QA/QC of complex and / or specialized systems in accordance with established engineering principles and standards to satisfy business requirements.
- Co-ordinate & witness type tests / special tests conducted by Engineering Houses.
- Ensure compliance with requirements of the Quality control plans (QCP’s).
