To lead and manage high-impact medical projects across whole book and mega accounts, digital health, and interdepartmental initiatives,
ensuring alignment with Bupa’s strategic objectives. The role is accountable for delivering evidence-based, value-driven healthcare outcomes
through structured data analysis, operational oversight, and clinical excellence in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

**Mega Accounts Projects Management**:

- Lead execution and reporting for Bupa Distinction Centers and Mega Accounts' projects,
- ensuring contractual KPIs and milestones are met.
- Flag key medical and strategic risks and recommend mitigation plans.
- Ensure timely outcome reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with data, quality, and claims teams to generate structured feedback reports for the accounts.

**Medical Case Management Support & Analysis**:

- Ensure critical medical cases are reviewed, registered in the database and profiled with data analysis and dashboarding.
- Respond to Medical Care Operations communications for all flagged or high-value cases.
- Provide clinical and business alignment for case decisions and trend reporting.
- Work closely with all stakeholders such as Claims, PreAuth, Provider Relations and providers for data accuracy and insights

**Core Projects and New Initiatives**:

- Lead the design and feasibility of new medical initiatives (e.g. cardiac referrals, rehab, geriatrics, second opinion network, etc.).
- Conduct provider analysis to identify coding or service gaps.
- Recommend cost containment and quality improvement strategies.
- Drive structured pilots aligned with national VBHC initiatives

**Digital Healthcare Projects & Strategic Expansion**:

- Enhance the telehealth clinical model and support automation of service lines.
- Ensure seamless patient continuity and minimize rebooking.
- Monitor dashboards for telehealth consultations and case conversions.
- Recommend and implement digital transformation in collaboration with IT and product teams.

**Cross-Departmental Alignment & Operational Excellence**:

- Align with concerned teams (medical and non-medical) for timely escalation and incident resolution.
- Act as a liaison to close stakeholder gaps and push corrective action across departments.
- Support internal reporting, dispute management, and provider follow-ups.
- Maintain documentation on service appropriateness and outcomes.

**Market Intelligence & Strategic Relationships**:

- Engage in market research and provider benchmarking.
- Maintain strategic relationships with key hospital partners.
- Explore insertion of high-potential doctors into trusted lists and programs.
- Feedback insights into Bupa’s referral and contract systems.

**Skills**:

- 5 - 7 years of active medical experience and/or Healthcare Management
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical discipline
- Project management certification
- Excellent analytical skills and expertise
- Excellent command and skills in MS Office tools especially Excel and preferably Power BI
- Management background is an advantage
- Insurance background is preferable
- Hospital management certification is preferable
