**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute investor relations strategies, ensuring effective communication and engagement with our investors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate updates.
- Lead the fundraising efforts for our funds, including preparing marketing materials, conducting presentations, and managing the due diligence process.
- Collaborate with the investment team to provide comprehensive and accurate reporting on fund performance, investment activities, and market trends.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and respond to investor inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investors and market trends, supporting the development of investor targeting strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and investor sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or investor relations, with a focus on fundraising and managing investor relationships.
