Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **H&S Emergency Preparedness (DRP/BCP) Specialist**to join our team

His/her main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive emergency response plans
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential emergency scenarios
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive emergency response efforts
- Train employees on emergency procedures and conduct regular drills
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in emergency management
- Evaluate and update emergency plans based on audits and after-action reviews
- Liaise with local, government emergency management agencies
- Oversee the activation of emergency operations centers during crises
- Develop and manage budgets for emergency preparedness initiatives
- Facilitate post-incident analysis to identify improvement areas
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Relevant BSc degree in relevant field.
- Min 8 years’ experience in emergency response definition and execution.
- Background with international service provider or experience, is preferred
- Experience working on the client-side is a benefit.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure in KSA is a strong advantage.
