**Job Description: Business Solutions Analyst (Implementation & QA Focus)**

**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arab

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Department**: Digital Solutions
**Experience Required**: 5-7 Years

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Demand & Requirements Management**
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Prioritize demands based on business strategy and value.

**Solution Implementation & Stakeholder Coordination**
- Lead and support implementation initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in design reviews, configuration planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with technical and business objectives.

**Quality Assurance & Testing**
- Design and execute test scenarios and test cases.
- Manage end-to-end testing, including integration and UAT phases.
- Track and resolve issues or defects prior to deployment.

**Training & Change Support**
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users.
- Support change management efforts and ensure successful post-go-live adoption.

**Project Coordination**
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers to track milestones, risks, and deliverables.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Information Systems**, **Computer Science**, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in **business analysis**, **digital solution implementation**, or similar roles.
- Experience in the **hospitality, retail, or service industry** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **CRM, ERP, or booking systems** implementation.
- Certifications such as **CBAP**, **PMP**, or **ISTQB** are an advantage.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of **SDLC**, **Agile**, or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with **QA testing methodologies** and hands-on test execution.
- Proficiency in tools such as **JIRA**, **Confluence**, **MS Project**, or equivalents.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across various digital projects.
