**Job Objective**:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products or services. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness in the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers through innovative digital marketing strategies. The specialist will also ensure a seamless digital customer journey from acquisition to loyalty.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance for maximum ROI.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to increase website traffic and improve search rankings.
- Launch marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and review campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analyze the performance of each marketing platform and develop improvement plans based on data insights.
- Drive innovation in marketing campaigns by utilizing the latest trends, technologies, and customer insights.
- Generate and issue monthly marketing campaign reports with detailed performance analysis and recommendations.
- Design and implement a digital customer journey from initial engagement to order fulfillment and post-purchase loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
