JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Planning Manager to join our team. As a Planning Manager at JASARA PMC, you will play a key role in the successful execution of our social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Our company, a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is committed to driving sustainable development and delivering excellence in program management.

As a Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling activities of multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to develop comprehensive project plans and ensure their successful implementation. Your expertise in project planning and scheduling will be critical in identifying potential risks, managing resources, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, including defining project milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather and analyze project requirements and constraints.
- Identify and assess project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of planners and schedulers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project planning activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
