**Business Analyst**:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming our digital initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, develop solutions, and drive the implementation of digital projects within the insurance sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze data trends and metrics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for digital improvements within insurance products and services.
- **User Experience**:Work with UX/UI designers to ensure digital solutions provide an optimal user experience, focusing on customer satisfaction and engagement.
- **Project Management**: Assist in the management of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and objectives.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors to facilitate clear communication and understanding of project requirements and updates.
- **Testing & Quality Assurance**: Support the development and execution of test plans, ensuring that digital solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools e.g. Jira.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS or a related field.

Arabic is a plus, English is a must
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance services sector.
