Job Title**:Guest Service and Reservation Manager**
Location**:Laysen Valley, Umm Al Hamam, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Table Reservation Management:
- Efficiently and accurately manage all table reservations through the Seven Rooms platform, adhering to restaurant policies and maximizing seating capacity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records, including guest preferences, special requests, and dining history within SevenRooms.
- Optimize table allocation to accommodate guest needs and restaurant flow.
- Manage waitlists effectively and communicate with waiting guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and no-shows with tact and efficiency.
- Generate and analyze reservation reports from SevenRooms to identify trends and optimize booking strategies.
Guest Communication and Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and reservation-related matters.
- Provide exceptional and personalized service to all guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, recognizing their preferences and ensuring a tailored experience.
- Handle guest feedback, both positive and negative, with professionalism and escalate issues to the management team as necessary.
- Proactively communicate any relevant restaurant information to guests, such as special events, menu changes, or dress code.
Seven Rooms System Management:
- Become the in-house expert on the SevenRooms reservation management system.
- Ensure accurate data entry and utilization of all SevenRooms features.
- Train and support other team members on the proper use of the SevenRooms platform.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize SevenRooms settings and integrations.
- Stay updated on new SevenRooms features and functionalities.
Guest Satisfaction:
- Champion a guest-centric culture within the restaurant.
- Ensure all guest interactions are positive, professional, and reflective of the restaurant's high standards.
- Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and preferences.
- Proactively identify and address potential guest dissatisfaction before it escalates.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Operational Support:
- Assist with guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient table turns and optimal restaurant flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Management.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest-facing role within a fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
- Proven experience managing table reservations using a reservation management system, with strong proficiency in SevenRooms being essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills with a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations and resolve guest issues effectively and professionally.
- A thorough understanding of fine dining etiquette and service standards.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
