**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and company objectives.
- Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors based on quality, cost, delivery time, and compliance with project requirements.
- Review and interpret technical specifications and drawings to ensure correct materials and services are procured.
- Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and manage the full tendering process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to achieve cost savings and timely delivery.
- Monitor and track supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payments.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and site teams to ensure procurement needs are met.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audits and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop long-term relationships with reliable suppliers and evaluate alternative sourcing opportunities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in the construction industry, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and contracting practices.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian market, customs regulations, and local suppliers is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with government or Giga projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with international procurement and logistics processes.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
