E-services Analyst

Supports technical staff in the development of E-Services programs for KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.) to provide unique and valued ways for patients, staff, and eventually suppliers and employees of other Hospitals to interact with KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.) using on-line solutions.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Analyzes potential E-Services to be deployed at KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.).
2. Participates in projects to develop and deploy E-Services at KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.).
3. Manages requirements development and user acceptance test for E-Services.
4. Follow HIT- enabled patient engagement enterprise standards.
5. Ensures compliance with internal and external agencies.
6. Participates in self and other’s education, training and development, as applicable.
7. Follows all established Hospital policies and procedures.
8. Performs other related duties, as assigned.
**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Informatics or related discipline is required.
**Experience Required**:
One (1) years of related experience with Master’s Degree, or three (3) years of similar qualifications with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred.
- Background in Nursing or Healthcare related discipline is preferred.
