**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that he keeps up to date with the tools and documentation processes appropriate to the services he provides to be able to meet quality requirements
- To manage the day to day service provision in the LRC including selection, acquisition and
- organisation of resources to effectively meet training requirement
- Daily activities are managed effectively to the satisfaction of the customer as per SOW
- To achieve objectives, prioritise and rationalise on the best way to achieve them.
- The jobholder achieves all his objectives to the satisfaction of the Senior Teacher in the LRC.
- Occasionally manage the provision of books and other training media to the LRC library
- Supervise library needs to meet training requirements particularly as utilised in the Reading Area.
- Ensure LRC services develop to support the virtual learning environment in liaison with the IT and ELT team
- Regular reports are accurate and delivered on time to satisfaction of the Senior Teacher in the LRC.
- To continuously collect data during the semester and be able to analyse that data for future development
- Understands what is required to meet internal and external customer requirements
- Manage the attendance of the scheduled cadets at the LRC thoroughly and accurately
- Design the learning curve of the cadets at the LRC for maximum benefit within their give n time
- Schedule learning material to cadets before tests.
- Be a team player and collaborate efficiently with team members.
- To have the capacity to work on shifts as you will be a member in a team of 4 coordinators.
- Be the first to report any issues or behaviours that would disrupt the learning process and know the proper manner of escalation
- Formally record any behaviour notes observed on cadets while considering a cadet’s recorded history to properly implement the degree of discipline required if and when needed
- Use the TMIS / LMS system to maintain accurate, up to date training records
- Understand how the business performs, its operating procedures and deliverables, in order to achieve objectives associated with the role
- Two-way communication through sharing of information as appropriate and listening to other parties views and expectations
- Support, co-operate with, and work with others in order to achieve common goals and objectives
- Undertake all mandatory and developmental training as deemed appropriate by the business
- Subscribe to and actively participate in the PDR process
- Any other duties as deemed reasonable and appropriate by the business
- Strive to adhere to acceptable standards of behaviour and performance as expected by the business and defined in Company policy.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in computer science, education or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar multi-functional L&D role would be an advantage
- Experience of multi-cultural, multilingual national business environments
- Experience of data collection for statistical analysis is useful
- Knowledge of how Learning Resource Centres/ Libraries can be used to support curriculum delivery and raising standards for cadets is preferred
- Proven ability to implement multidimensional projects
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Must be very dependable, reliable time-wise and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of how the Learning Resource Centre/ Library can be used effectively to support staff of different levels/grades
- Experience in supporting teaching and learning and in working with groups of students
- Experience in planning relevant learning activities within the context of the learning
Ability to organise own work processes to deliver on time and to agreed quality standards
- Ability to adapt quickly and flexibly to new demands and change, often daily, usually weekly
- Responds effectively to ideas, initiative and innovation
- To be recruited from BAE Systems KSA organization and the jobholder will ideally sufficient experience in supervisory and administration activities within a training focused environment.
- The Job Holder is to be from a College, University or Military training library.
