**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide technical leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive Masterplans for large-scale mixed-use land development projects, integrating urban design principles, infrastructure requirements, and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, environmental consultants, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive urban design strategies.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and cost estimates to inform decision-making processes.
- Utilize advanced software tools to produce detailed engineering drawings, site plans, and conceptual designs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations effectively.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in urban planning, civil engineering, or a related field, with a focus on large-scale land development projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects from concept through completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, and other relevant design tools.
