The Early Career Training is a 6-12 months program and it is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in GE business. ECT trainee will be responsible for supporting Country Human Resource Partners (Country HRPs) and Business Human Resource Partners (Business HRPs) across all HR service categories, guiding employees through various HR requests, and liaising between the local GE business HR team and our HR COEs. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group when needed. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.

During the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his/ her major where he/she can develop his/her Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him / her to the work environment.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide dedicated support and guidance to multiple Business HR Partners and Country HRPs including but not limited to: HR requests related to Workday HR actions, employee & People Leader (PL) questions or help required, employee onboarding & exits, employee data maintenance,, HR data reporting and troubleshooting as needed in relation to employee pay and benefits.
- Lead HR analytical efforts to drive more effective decisions through deeper operational understanding. Monitor and identify trends to partner with HR Operations to drive solutions.
- Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for HR systems and tools and documentations.
- Lead other site-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups.
- Provide dedicated guidance on: WD related questions, HR fundamentals and processes, mastering One HR site and guiding the HR function towards a more digital way of managing workforce.
- Continually partner with Business HR Partners and country HR Partners to drive employee data accuracy in HR tools and make updates when necessary (organization changes, leave of absence, transfers, salary, job details, bonus plans, reporting structure, work schedule, work location, payroll details, etc.)
- Own key tasks related to HR processes in collaboration with local COEs for Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits and HR Operations, to ensure high quality service and suggest process improvements to simplify processes.
- Assist with all other HR data & business requests as needed.
- Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.

**Qualifications/Minimum Requirements**:

- Human Resources degree, Business administration, MIS or similar degree.
- Proven years of experience in Human Resources up to 2 years.
- Fluent in English (essential)
- Should have good command on Excel and PowerPoint
- A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
