**Location**: Al Manhal Water Factory - Dammam

**Main Purpose of Job**:
Setup, operate, and maintain machinery on daily base to ensure the machine running smoothly and at capacity with the optimum performance, quality and safety requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setup machinery for operation, startup the machinery and making the necessary adjustment during the operation
- Operate different machines and process involved with production team
- Operate machinery & line equipment's according to standards and perform the needed minor troubleshooting of the machines
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with the safety laws striving for Zero accidents through keeping the area with safe area and machine conditions sby closing or reporting all unsafe conditions/ behaviours on spot
- Keep machines tide and clean with the highest level of 5S standards and NGMP level
- Using machine equipment's to complete tasks assigned by direct leaders, supervisors, quality & engineering inputs
- Monitoring the efficiency of each unit frequently, identifying the opportunities for improvements and losses elimination
- Trigger all the losses ( Quality, Safety & Cost ) on the line and report it to concerned parties
- Handling all material picking, report as finish transaction accurately through PDA scanners
- Perform all the needed cleaning, inspection & Lubrications tasks on the line with or without the help of engineering team
- Maintain the product specifications within the defined standards and the level of scrap percentage
- Properly fill out all the operation logbooks in accordance with working instructions
- Continuously monitoring for the appearance of the finish product and takes the necessary corrective actions to maintain it with the highest level of product quality

**Key Experiences**:

- Hold a diploma in any machinery fields
- Experience in a machine operation position for 1+ years.
- Basic knowledge about quality and safety manufacturing standards in food and beverage fields
