**ERP Implementation Specialist**:

- (Work at the FirstBit office, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)_

**Overview**:
The ERP Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing and successfully implementing ERP systems within the organization while playing a key role in the product sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Requirements Analysis**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP system implementation.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and configuration settings.

**2. System Configuration**:

- Configure ERP systems based on documented requirements and specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency during configuration.

**3. Testing and Quality Control**:

- Develop and execute testing plans to verify ERP system functionality and performance.
- Identify and resolve system issues or defects by collaborating with development teams.

**4. User Training and Adoption**:

- Create comprehensive training materials and documentation for end-users, administrators, and technical support teams.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure efficient ERP system utilization.
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations for system adoption and effective usage.

**5. Pre-Sales Support**:

- Conduct tailored ERP system demonstrations to address potential clients’ business needs.
- Identify key client challenges during meetings and presentations, showcasing solution benefits.
- Develop proposals that meet and exceed client requirements.
- Assist in preparing commercial offers and technical documentation for clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support deal closures.

**6. Post-Implementation Support**:

- Deliver maintenance and support for implemented ERP systems.
- Address user inquiries, resolve technical issues, and implement system improvements or updates.

**What We Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support across various modules.
- ERP system or related technology certifications are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Project management experience, including multitasking and prioritization.
- Experience in pre-sales activities is a significant advantage.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to build and grow an implementation team in the future.
