JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Trainer to join our team. As the Senior HSE Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure the highest levels of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our organization. Your expertise in HSE training methodologies and regulations will play a vital role in educating and empowering our employees and contractors to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop HSE training programs, materials, and resources based on industry best practices, regulations, and company requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in HSE regulations, and update training materials and programs accordingly.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Work closely with project teams and HSE managers to integrate training into project plans and ensure consistency in implementation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary improvements to the training programs.
- Maintain training records, certifications, and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Drive continuous learning and improvement by conducting regular training evaluations and identifying areas for enhancement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HSE training, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering HSE training programs and materials.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in the use of training tools and technologies.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Professional certifications in training and/or HSE (e.g., TTT, NEBOSH) are preferred.
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are desirable.
