- Liaising with government departments in relation to immigration matters
- Keeping abreast with current labour / immigration laws and update the HR team on any changes
- Keeping the HR team informed of significant problems that may jeopardise the achievement of company goals
- Responding to staff enquiries on visa / labour / passport matters
- Preparing periodic reports for management or relevant authorities, as required
- Organizing attestation of certificates and legal translation of documents and other activities related to immigration and labour
- Overseeing the implementation of the immigration & labour responsibilities of the company in Saudi
- Providing advice to management on local and government services
- Protecting the interest of the company in accordance with governmental authorities, laws and regulation
- Strengthening the relationship with public agencies through events engaging the community
- Coordinating with outside counsel and third-party vendors regarding immigration issues

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience with local government portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and Saudi Chambers of Commerce
- Fluent Arabic and English is a must
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
