We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team for a major stadium construction project. The QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with the specified quality standards, codes, and regulations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction activities and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards.
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and applicable codes to identify quality requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Document and report any non-conformities or deficiencies in materials and workmanship, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to address quality-related issues and implement solutions.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results and inspection findings.
- Participate in quality audits and assist in the development of quality assurance procedures and policies.
- Conduct training sessions for construction personnel on quality control processes and best practices.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment used in construction meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Participate in site meetings to provide updates on quality control issues and progress.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in large-scale construction projects, preferably in stadium or sports facility construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, including ISO and ASTM.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques, including inspection and testing equipment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
