Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the chocolate production team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Develop new chocolate recipes, flavors, and seasonal products in line with market trends.
- Train, mentor, and build a strong, skilled team.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost management related to chocolate production.
- Collaborate closely with management to align production with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chocolatier or pastry chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong skills in recipe development and chocolate tempering techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
