With a strong reputation for excellence and attention to detail, we are looking to expand our brand to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Supervisor to join our team and help us successfully establish our brand in this new market.

Job Summary: As a Hotel Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel in Riyadh. You will work closely with the hotel staff to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service and that all hotel policies and procedures are being followed. In addition, you will work with the management team to develop and implement strategies to help grow our business and increase profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and train hotel staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns that arise
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Manage budgets and financial reports
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in an international hotel environment preferred
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
