We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resident Engineer to oversee the execution and management of large-scale storm drainage networks, pump stations, open and box culverts, deep tunnels, pipe jacking tunnels, and piping projects in Jeddah. This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- **Project Management**: Lead the on-site execution of storm drainage, pump stations, and tunnel projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- **Construction Oversight**: Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide guidance and solutions for complex engineering challenges, including deep tunnels and large-diameter piping systems.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain strong professional relationships.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all construction work adheres to applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular progress reports, addressing any issues or delays to stakeholders.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in the execution of:

- Storm drainage networks.
- Pump stations.
- Open and box culverts.
- Deep tunnels with large diameters.
- Pipe jacking tunnels and associated piping works.
- Excellent project management and leadership capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in project reporting, scheduling tools, and relevant software.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
