Job Purpose
- Responsible for all civil works in PMU Campus & New Housing Projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing of the request for any new project, (requirements, quantity, and specifications).
- Oracle request for the project.
- Following up the requests.
- Submitting the technical evaluation for (contractors, suppliers and consultant).
- Following up with purchasing department until P.O. issued.
- Coordination with the (contractors, suppliers and consultant).
- Work supervision.
- Inspection for the work in each stage.

Qualifications & Experience (required)
- At least Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to this field
- At least 2-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Previous experience related to this field is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in team-based, collaborative settings
- Willingness to take initiative and work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
