Country Manager

The Country Manager Sales will oversee all sales and administrative operations for Falcon Packs Jeddah location. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies driving business growth ensuring regulatory compliance and managing the daily operations of the sales and admin teams. The position requires a proactive resultsdriven individual with exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of the packaging industry.
Weekend: Friday and Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve market growth and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within Saudi Arabia.
Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors and stakeholders.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends customer needs and competitive positioning.
Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance analyses to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Oversee daytoday administrative operations of the Jeddah office.
Ensure compliance with local regulations industry standards and company policies.
Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment training and performance management of sales and administrative staff.
Manage office budgets expenses and resources to ensure operational efficiency.
Implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Maintain accurate records of all sales administrative tasks and client interactions.
Provide training coaching and development programs for team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
Recognize and reward outstanding performance while addressing areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 710 years of experience in sales and business management preferably in the packaging industry.
Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving business growth.
Indepth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and local business practices.
Strong understanding of sales principles customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
