The Sales Director will be responsible for leading the sales department driving revenue growth and executing the companys sales strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership strategic vision and a deep understanding of the market to position Quant as a trusted partner in the Data Science and AI domain.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with Quants vision and objectives.
  • Define sales targets KPIs and growth plans for the sales team.
  • Provide market insights to contribute to strategic planning and decisionmaking.

2. Revenue Growth and Business Development
  • Identify and establish relationships with all clients includingenterprise clients.
  • Expand Quants customer base by penetrating new markets.
  • Develop compelling sales kits and client proposals; and work with management to enhance product offering and pricing.
  • Negotiate and secure complex highvalue contracts to ensure profitability.

3. Sales Team Leadership
  • Recruit mentor and lead a highperforming sales team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability sales excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial model to optimize sales capacity planning productivity and compensation structures.

4. Market Intelligence and Innovation
  • Stay informed about industry trends customer challenges and competitor activities.
  • Engage with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to optimize our impact and reach in the region.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align solutions with market needs and provide feedback from potential and existing clients.
  • Provide market feedback to drive product development and innovation.

5. Operational Excellence
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline performance.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
  • Ensure the scalability and efficiency of sales processes and operations.

6. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by addressing their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling Quants offerings.


Requirements Preferred Personal Qualities
  • Strong leadership strategic thinking and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain relationships.
  • Motivated resultsdriven and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Preferred Business Skillset

  • Indepth knowledge of IT Data Science or AI subsectors.
  • 810 years of experience in sales preferably in IT Data Science or AI subsectors.
  • Expertise in enterprise sales software solutions and subscription models.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Zoho HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Education
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (required).
  • Masters degree in business administration (MBA) or a related discipline (preferred).
