Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the executive management team ensuring alignment with the companys strategic vision and goals.
  • Oversee operational performance ensuring revenue growth profitability and the successful delivery of highquality projects and services.
  • Represent the organization in highlevel client meetings negotiations and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all business functions to enhance competitive capabilities.
  • Monitor financial performance and present periodic reports to the Board including insights on business opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • At least 2022 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or executive role.
  • Proven expertise in the construction operations and maintenance sectors ideally within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong financial acumen including experience with P&L management balance sheets cash flow and feasibility studies.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
