Brief:

Muhaya, a leading Saudi company in the field of exhibitions and conferences, is seeking a *Saudi Content Writer* to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, structuring, and refining written content for artistic and technical proposals, tenders, and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of the Arabic grammar rules, with a keen editorial eye for accuracy, tone, and clarity. A deep understanding of the **exhibitions and events sector** is essential, along with the ability to analyze RFPs, tender documents, and client briefs to produce well-structured and competitive proposals that align with each project's goals and brand voice.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit professional content for artistic proposals, tender documents, and official presentations.
  • Review RFPs and tender requirements, interpret client needs, and translate them into compelling narrative content.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the company's tone, branding, and communication strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to integrate written content seamlessly into visual layouts.
  • Proofread and edit documents with high linguistic accuracy, ensuring error-free and consistent language.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Saudi exhibitions and events industry to reflect relevant insights in proposals.
  • Organize and manage multiple writing projects, meeting deadlines with precision and professionalism.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance storytelling, presentation flow, and proposal impact.

Requirements:

  • Saudi national with 3–5 years of professional experience in content writing or proposal development within the exhibitions, events, or creative industries.
  • Excellent proficiency in **Arabic writing and grammar**, with strong attention to linguistic and stylistic details.
  • Ability to analyze and summarize **tenders, RFPs, and project documents** clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with **technical and artistic proposal formats** and the ability to adapt tone according to audience and purpose.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with designers, project managers, and directors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong sense of initiative, creativity, and accountability in delivering high-quality written work.
