Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized
Human Resources Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations and contribute to the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters
- Assist in performance management and employee relations activities
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration
or a
related field - Good knowledge of
Human Resources concepts and practices - Strong communication skills in
English
(written and spoken) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes
