Process Engineer

- Process Management: Responsible for managing process control in air conditioning production, including process optimization, identification of key product control points, and formulating control plans while improving process guidance documents.
- On-site Improvement: Handle abnormal production issues, implement improvements for engineering defect points, and address quality abnormalities.
- Product Improvement: Identify product improvement opportunities through on-site observation and competitor benchmarking, promote the establishment of local product and material standards, and drive product issue resolution and cost reduction.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, aged 25-35, with over three years of experience as a product or process engineer in the air conditioning industry.
2. Familiarity with air conditioning product structures and packaging, as well as local product standards, enabling product improvements through benchmarking.
3. Diligent, responsible, and professional work attitude, capable of handling work pressure and demonstrating strong teamwork awareness.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate daily in English.
