Role Description

This is an Tamheer role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based on-site in the Riyadh Region. The responsibilities include participating in the end-to-end recruitment process, which involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers in making informed decisions. The role also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives, engaging with potential candidates, and helping to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting methods
  • Hands-on experience with Hiring and Interviewing processes
  • Basic understanding or interest in Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is a plus
