Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for an Agrochemicals Research and Development (R&D) Specialist. The primary responsibilities include conducting research in the field of agrochemicals, developing new formulations, and improving existing products. Key tasks will involve working in laboratory settings, analyzing data, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions. Strong communication skills will be essential for preparing reports, presenting findings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and the ability to innovate and enhance agrochemical products
  • Proven Analytical Skills and Research experience to identify trends and develop new solutions
  • Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, with hands-on experience in chemical analysis and testing
  • Effective Communication skills to convey research findings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Educational background in Chemistry, Agricultural Science, or a related field; a Master's or higher degree is an advantage
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance within the agrochemical industry
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment
