Senior AI/ML Engineer
, where you'll lead the development of cutting-edge computer vision and geospatial intelligence solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep learning, data engineering, and real-world impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and deployment of advanced vision models (detection, segmentation, classification).
  • Work with multi-modal datasets: RGB, thermal, LiDAR, aerial, satellite.
  • Optimize models for cloud and edge (Jetson, TensorRT, ONNX).
  • Build scalable AI pipelines and manage data workflows.
  • Set up CI/CD, monitor performance, and deploy with FastAPI, Docker, GitHub Actions.
  • Mentor a high-performing AI/ML team and collaborate across product and engineering.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years in applied AI/ML (especially in computer vision or geospatial domains).
  • Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • Hands-on with 2D/3D vision, satellite imagery, GIS datasets.
  • Proven track record in deploying production-grade AI systems.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (DVC, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Leadership experience in technical teams.

Bonus Skills:

  • YOLOv8, SAM, or similar segmentation frameworks.
  • Multi-modal models (vision-language or geospatial-text).
  • Backend integration (PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis).
  • Open-source contributions or large-scale AI deployments.
