One of our esteemed client who is an automotive conglomerate with a 3S dealership network in Yemen and United arab emirates is hiring for the below position.

Position - Automotive Manager

Job location - Riyadh, Saudi arabia.

Client is looking for a Manager to lead and manage the initial and subsequent phases of setting up a dealership for one of the prominent car brands in the kingdom. The person is also expected to manage the dealership network across various major cities in the kingdom.

This is a full-time role, based in Riyadh, which would also require travel to other major cities in the dealership network. The candidate is expected to oversee project planning and execution, manage project timeline, budgets, and resources, and ensure the successful completion of the project and the management of the dealership network. The person would coordinate with various teams, monitor logistics, conduct inspection, and maintain project schedule. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for the role.

Major responsibilities and job duties:

a. Coordinate with the HQ for project locations, implementation, licensing, showroom setup, staffing, planning and strategy.

b. Ensure smooth operation of the dealership activities, including the management and supervision of the 3S dealership facilities to meet profit and sales/after-sales target.

c. Coordinate with HQ and principles for targets, marketing activities, and smooth operation.

d. Obtain and manage the necessary resources for the successful operation of the dealership network.

e. Coordinate with the related entities/authorities for the setup, operation, and success of the company.

f. Coordinate for customer service and staff management strategies.

g. Ensure optimal inventory management.

h. Recruit and manage the necessary personnel for each location of the dealership network.

Develop and implement strategic business plans for sales, after-sales service, and spare parts across all three showrooms.

Required qualifications (years of experience, educational, technical, licensing…etc).

a. Minimum 10-12 years of related experience in the industry.

b. Bachelor's degree in related fields is required.

c. Master is a plus but not required.

d. Demonstrate inventory management experience.

e. Have superb Sales strategy and customer service plans.

f. Experience must be for at least 3-5 years in Saudi arabia.

g. Understanding of Technology and ERP systems is essential.

h. Good understanding of the relevant country-specific regulations.
