About the Role
The Interface & Permit Senior Manager is responsible for managing stakeholder interfaces, regulatory coordination, and statutory permitting across the project lifecycle. The role ensures that all required approvals, permits, and third-party interfaces are obtained on time and in compliance with local regulations, enabling uninterrupted project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in interface management, permitting, or stakeholder coordination on large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, permitting processes, and authority requirements.
- Proven experience coordinating with multiple authorities and third-party stakeholders.
- Experience working with Developers, PMC/CM, or EPC contractors preferred.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is strongly preferred.
- Candidates within Saudi Arabia with transferrable iqama will be prioritized.
