Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina for an Admin Officer - Student Support. The role involves managing administrative tasks, providing support to students, maintaining organized records, and responding to inquiries efficiently. Key responsibilities include coordinating communications, assisting with day-to-day operations, and facilitating a positive experience for students through excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to effectively manage operations and daily tasks.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries and provide student support professionally.
• Exceptional Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and workflows efficiently.
• Proficiency with standard office software and tools is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Education, or a related field is preferred but not required.
