Job Description

We are seeking a
highly creative and multi-talented Gift Presentation & Floral Designer
to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate blends artistry with precision — someone who can craft conceptual floral compositions, execute professional gift wrapping, and contribute to an exceptional retail experience.

. You will design narrative floral arrangements, coordinate wrapping for artistic gifts, assist with sales and stock organization, and ensure every client interaction reflects our brand's refined aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create sculptural, conceptual gift wrapping that combine traditional craft with experimental forms and flowers.
  • Execute high-end, artistic gift wrapping and product presentation, ensuring each package aligns with brand identity.
  • Assist in sales duties, including customer support, product recommendations, and order follow-up.
  • Help manage stock control and supply organization for floral and wrapping materials and store stock.
  • Collaborate with clients and creative teams to produce displays or installations that merge art, culture, and emotion.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and visually inspiring workspace.
  • Uphold brand standards for quality, timing, and aesthetics.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Basic Arabic is recommended.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in art, design, or floristry is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a retail or design studio environment preferred.
  • Proven artistic skills or strong interest in professional gift wrapping, floral design, and display styling.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to
    multitask
    efficiently.
  • Energetic, motivated, and trustworthy team player with an eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must have
    own transport.
