Your impact

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) Manager to lead and coordinate BIM processes across infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, transportation, utilities, or other infrastructure domains, and will be responsible for implementing BIM strategies, managing digital workflows, and ensuring model accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans tailored to infrastructure projects.

• Lead BIM implementation across multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, and MEP engineers.

• Project Coordination

• Oversee BIM model creation, coordination, and clash detection using tools like Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and InfraWorks.

• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and clients.

• Data & Model Management

• Maintain the Project Information Model (PIM) and ensure data integrity across platforms.

• Integrate BIM with GIS, asset management systems, and digital twins where applicable.

• Training & Support

• Provide training and technical support to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.

• Mentor junior BIM staff and promote continuous learning and innovation.

• Quality Assurance

• Conduct model audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

• Monitor BIM deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project goals.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management, with at least 5 years in infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM 360, InfraWorks.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and infrastructure-specific BIM workflows.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scripting tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python) is a plus.
