Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned
Quality Manager
with extensive experience in
high-rise building projects
to lead the project's Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) function. The candidate must have a proven track record in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the
    Project Quality Plan (PQP)
    for high-rise construction.
  • Manage QA/QC teams across civil, architectural, structural, and MEP scopes.
  • Monitor compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.
  • Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, material submittals, and shop drawings.
  • Control inspection processes, NCRs, CARs, site quality audits, and corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and support external/client audits.
  • Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Consultant, and Client on quality matters.
  • Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and handover records (O&M, as-built, testing & commissioning).
  • Lead continuous improvement activities to enhance quality performance on site.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience
    in QA/QC roles within
    high-rise building projects
    .
  • Strong background in civil engineering, building construction, and quality systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, project specifications, IFC drawings, and QA/QC controls.
  • Experience working in the GCC;
    Makkah or similar mega-project experience is a plus
    .
  • Excellent communication skills; strong report writing and documentation ability.
  • Leadership mindset with proven experience managing QA/QC teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain compliance in fast-paced project environments.
