Financial Risk Manager

  • Job Purpose:

Manage financial risks across the company. Protect financial stability. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Strengthening controls that support business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify financial risks across all business units.

  • Assess risks using quantitative and qualitative methods.

  • Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor execution.

  • Review financial performance indicators and detect early warning signals.

  • Prepare financial risk reports for management and committees.

  • Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis.

  • Review credit, liquidity, market, and investment risks.

  • Support the development of financial risk policies and procedures.

  • Monitor compliance with CMA, SOCPA, and internal governance requirements.

  • Work with Finance, Treasury, and Internal Audit to close gaps and improve controls.
