Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Mystery Shopper located in Tabuk. The Mystery Shopper will be responsible for visiting retail locations, evaluating the quality of customer service, and providing detailed feedback on their experiences. Day-to-day tasks include posing as regular customers, taking notes on various service aspects, completing detailed reports based on visits, and providing insights to help organizations improve their customer service practices.
