Digital Marketing Manager – LORD OIL
Position Objective

Lead the overall marketing strategy for
LORD OIL
, driving sustainable revenue growth through data-driven and creative digital marketing. This role connects advertising, content, and sales into one unified system that continuously generates results and achieves the target
ROAS
.

Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Management

  • Oversee all marketing operations within the company (digital and creative).
  • Develop annual and monthly marketing plans with clear deliverables and KPIs.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of the marketing team (Media Buyers, Content Creators, Designers, Coordinators) and set personalized development plans.
  • Monitor team reports daily and weekly, ensuring high-quality output aligned with objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track and improve customer journey touchpoints to increase satisfaction and repeat purchases.
  • Define clear monthly performance goals (Revenue, ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate) and ensure their achievement.

2. Performance & Advertising

  • Manage the overall paid media strategy across all platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, Google, Meta).
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing:
  • ROAS
  • Scaling
    (budget expansion for performing campaigns)
  • Volume
    (daily sales growth)
  • Manage the monthly marketing budget to ensure the highest return on investment for each channel.
  • Oversee analytics dashboards and deliver real-time recommendations for performance optimization.

3. Content & Creativity

  • Supervise the
    Paid Content Plan
    to ensure creative alignment with sales angles and accurate targeting.
  • Oversee
    Organic Content
    strategies, maintaining brand tone, style, and engagement levels that support conversions.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Submit a
    weekly report every Thursday
    to the CEO, covering:
  • Campaign performance metrics
  • Top and underperforming ads
  • ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate
  • Sales and daily volume analysis
  • Strategic and technical recommendations for the following week

Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Marketing
    or
    Business Administration
    .
  • Preferred certifications include:
  • Meta Certified Media Planning/Buying Professional
  • Google Ads Certification
  • TikTok Ads Academy (Advanced)
  • Thunder Advanced Analytics Certification
  • Mini MBA in Marketing or Growth Strategy

Experience

  • 6+ years
    of experience in digital marketing, with at least
    3 years in a leadership role
    (Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing).
  • Proven experience in
    Personal Care
    ,
    E-commerce
    , or
    Marketing Agencies
    within the past 2 years.
  • Strong track record of measurable success (e.g., increasing ROAS from 2.0 to 4.0, or boosting monthly sales by 30% in a short period).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (Media Buying, Content, Design, Analytics).

within the last two years in one of the following sectors:
